The line implements vertical integration within the poultry sector, covering every stage of the value chain—from feed production, hatcheries, and livestock farming, through veterinary services and primary processing, to the sales and distribution of final products.

SEGMENT

Meat & Semi

The Meat & Semi segment is responsible for the processing, production, and sales of chicken products. The product portfolio includes raw meat (carcasses, cuts, minced meat) as well as semi-processed products.

Production capacity:

The plants in Karczew and Lublin produce a combined total of approximately 110 million units per year.

Feed Mill

The group operates a feed mill in Łuków, which opened in 2019 and is one of the most modern facilities in Poland, with a cubic volume of approximately 55,000 m³.

Production capacity:

290,000 tons of feed annually.

Key figures:

  • 4 production lines: 2 for granulating (pelleting), 1 for blending ingredients, and 1 for complementary feed mixtures
  • Approx. 1.5 million tons of feed produced to date
  • Approx. 1,500 loadings per month
  • Up to 50 million chickens fed annually with feed from Łuków

Feed types:

We produce feed for 4 chicken types: standard broilers, slow-growing chickens, Redbro (a new slow-growing variety), and breeder hens. We use 4 specialized feed formulations tailored to successive growth stages: Starter, Grower 1, Grower 2, and Finisher. A pellet mill (granulator) is utilized in the manufacturing process.

Farms

Within the Farms Segment, we develop our own poultry breeding operations for broilers and layer breeders (parent stock). We build modern farms equipped with underfloor heating and advanced bio-security solutions.

Certification:

Our farms comply with the highest standards of the Genesis certification.

  • Broilers: 4 locations, approx. 1.5 million birds per cycle
  • Breeder hens: 60,000 birds per cycle

Veterinary

Our vertical integration is completed by the Veterinary Services Segment. Within this line, we support the entire primary production chain: breeding, hatcheries, broiler farming, and feed manufacturing. We provide vaccination programs, veterinary oversight, advisory services, and training on farming practices and farm biosecurity, alongside regular quality audits.

Approx. 110 farms and up to 5.5 million birds

Specialization:

We are the Polish market leader in servicing Premium poultry farming (antibiotic-free, coccidiostat-free).

Avent Incubator

As part of the Veterinary Segment, we run our own project – the Avent Incubator. It is aimed at fifth- and sixth-year veterinary students and graduates who would like to gain experience in poultry veterinary medicine.

SEGMENT

Premium

The Premium segment is responsible for the production and sales of slow-growing chicken products—reared 20% slower than standard chickens—raised completely antibiotic-free. Like Meat & Semi, the Premium segment is developed within SuperDrob.

Production capacity:

Approximately 12,000 tons annually and constantly growing.

Certification:

The breeding and production of Kurczak Sielski—from parent farms and hatcheries to poultry farms, the processing plant in Karczew, and feed mills—is supervised by SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification company.

Hatcheries

The LipCo Foods group operates two Poultry Hatcheries located in Stoczek Węgrowski and Turka.

Segment production capacity:

120 million chicks annually across both locations.

Hatchery technologies:

Our facilities utilize the Eagle Eye system, allowing us to monitor specific environmental parameters in any production room or incubation chamber. Furthermore, to support chick welfare and minimize stress, dark blue lighting is used throughout both sites. Additionally, since February 2026, the Stoczek Hatchery has been equipped with In Ovo technology, automating the chick vaccination process.

Contract Farming

Within the Contract Farming Segment, we partner with poultry farmers across Poland. Our collaboration is built on support, partnership, and continuous education.

Contract farming in numbers:

We work with over 200 farmers, receiving approximately 110 million live birds annually.

Premium farming:

At selected farms, we also raise slow-growing chickens reared entirely without antibiotics—powering the growth of our Premium Segment.
